1.     Have good machines and equipment, skillful engineers and workers, strict QC process to make sure stable quality;

2.     Credible, surely responsible of every product sold;

3.     Have professional salesperson who can quote in system quickly and deal the orders accurately.

CISO’s cooperative plants get regular and large orders of their dominant products in a few series or sizes. It makes them adopt more specialized machines, more progressive 

technology and process to improve production efficiency and quality, and reduce costs. They are able to keep some stock of common models, to meet customers’ fast delivery 

requirement and some demands in small quantities.
